Medicus AI: Creating The Explainer Videos
Medicus AI approached wezank to develop two explainer videos. In summary, they’re an AI-based platform that explains and interprets blood tests and medical reports to provide personalized health tips, actionable recommendations and lifestyle coaching. Here’s how the project came to life.
The Medicus BriefÂ
The brief was straightforward: create two animated explainer videos in 2D. The first one was introductory and explained the idea. The client wanted us to start the video with a problem and transition into the solution. The second was more specific, related to how the medical labs can install and use Medicus AI. It also included details about the process framework and how it works with diagnostic labs to deliver smart features and insights to both doctors and patients in the form of visual and interactive reports.
The Process
Based on the brief, we decided to develop a style that brings together technology and healthcare without being too mainstream. For the color schemes and design, the designers used fresh, futuristic but also friendly visuals. The ideas was to simplify lab reports, make them easy to understand and accessible for everyone.
We developed the script in three languages: English, French, and German, since they are based in Europe; and the voice overs were recorded accordingly, with friendly yet professional tones of voice to make sure they reach all their audiences and deliver the message as clear as possible.
Medicus Video Outcome
Considering the niche market we were aiming to reach, the videos received hundreds of views. The main target of simplifying the concept was achieved, and the videos were also used in meetings and presentations as a powerful conversion tool.
