Animated video – Meet Chef Farid

Let me tell you all about how this animated video came to life.

I love Moghrabieh; and so far I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t. However, almost everyone I know has no idea how to cook it. “This is the type of food our mothers should cook”, one might think.

After googling the recipe, I found several conflicting ones, most of them with directions that are difficult to understand for someone who doesn’t know her way in the kitchen all that much.

That’s when we got in touch with Chef Farid to create an easy-to-understand, short and sweet animated video. Everything you need to know is acted out right in front of you, listing all the ingredients clearly and explaining every task, amount, and time meticulously. No more excuses not to cook this delicious Lebanese dish that so many around the world love but not necessarily know how to cook.
