Successful Women: 6 traits they all have in common

There was a time when women couldn’t vote and equality between the opposite sex was impossible. Around 100 years since Sarah Breedlove, also known as Madam C.J. Walker, became the first ever female self made millionaire, many women have risen to power and found success.

In honor of International Women’s Day which was celebrated globally on the 8th of March, we decided to take a look at the 6 traits that all successful women have in common.

 

A research was conducted a couple of months back by researchers at the talent management consulting firm, Caliper, to find out what traits do successful women share that differentiate them from the rest.

The research involved asking 85 women at the senior vice president position or above to take on several surveys mentioning their success in 15 different performance areas. The results found 6 major traits successful women possess:
